Return and Exchange Policy:

All sales are final unless an error was made on our side, such as an incorrect item received, or an item missing. Please contact us if you have received an incorrect order, and we will work with you to correct this.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped via USPS 2-3 business days after purchase. The order will have a tracking number, which will be emailed to you when the shipping label is created (this is not always the same day it is shipped). Once the order is received by the USPS, it is their responsibility.
